Rules and terms governing the use of wAIsend
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using the wAIsend automation platform. By accessing or using our services, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to all terms, you may not access our services.
1. Account Registration & Security
To access wAIsend, you must register for an account using a valid email and WhatsApp mobile number. You are responsible for keeping your credentials and API keys confidential and securely storing session metadata.
2. WhatsApp Anti-Spam Compliance
wAIsend provides features to throttle, schedule, and safely automate WhatsApp messages. However:
- You must comply with WhatsApp's official Terms of Service and Business Policies.
- We do not allow or support automated spam, unsolicited bulk messages, or scam operations.
- You agree that you are solely responsible for the content you send and for any subsequent bans or rate-limiting enforced on your WhatsApp Business number by Meta.
3. Payments, Billing & Top-Ups
We offer monthly and yearly subscription plans. The Growth plan grants advanced features like Load Balancing. If you consume your AI quota, you can purchase Booster, Scaling, or Enterprise top-up packs that never expire.
4. Cancellation & Refunds
You can cancel your subscription at any time via the billing dashboard. Refunds are evaluated on a case-by-case basis according to local consumer guidelines. All remaining unused top-up packages remain linked to your account.
5. Limitation of Liability
wAIsend is provided 'as is' without warranty. We are not liable for any service interruptions, loss of customer messages due to API dropouts, or database failures resulting from WhatsApp platform modifications.
6. Intellectual Property
All platform designs, code structures, anti-ban scheduling algorithms, and content materials are the exclusive property of wAIsend. You may not copy, reverse-engineer, or redistribute our services.
